  • 1 can white beans (cannellini or navy beans), drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) divided
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the white beans, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Mash the mixture until well combined, leaving some beans whole for that perfect texture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Top with the remaining shredded cheese.

Baking

  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions or parsley if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or bread.

Notes

Make ahead: Assemble the dip a day in advance for even easier hosting! It stays fresh in the fridge for about 3 days. You can freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
