Valentine's Day Oreo M&M's Cookies
Deliciously soft and chewy cookies combining the flavors of Oreos and M&M's, perfect for Valentine's Day treats!
Ingredients
Cookie Base
- 1 cup butter Softened to room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar Packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs At room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix-ins
- 1 cup crushed Oreos
- 1 cup M&M's Any variety
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos and M&M's until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
