Potatoes

  • 2 large large potatoes Yukon Golds work great for that crispy outside and fluffy inside.

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • herbs for garnish Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and peel the potatoes.
  • Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the potatoes into heart shapes.
  • In a bowl, toss the heart-shaped potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

Cooking

  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve warm, garnished with herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-5 days. You can freeze them for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer until heated through and crispy.
