Ingredients
  

For the tuna mixture

  • 2 cans cans of albacore tuna 5 oz each
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely diced celery
  • 2 tbsp finely diced red onion Make sure to rinse it in cold water!
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

For the wraps

  • 10 oz butter lettuce or Bibb lettuce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Drain the tuna cans and pour the tuna into a large bowl. Smash it with a fork to break up any large chunks.
  • Add in the mayo, celery, red onion, whole grain mustard, and parsley. Give it a good mix!
  • Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Grab those lettuce leaves and add 1-2 large scoops of your tuna mixture right in the center.
  • Top the wraps with extra parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Enjoy every bite!

Notes

To avoid soggy lettuce, store the tuna salad and lettuce separately until ready to serve. You can also make the tuna salad a day ahead. Pro tip: Add a splash of lemon juice for extra zing!
