Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • In a greased casserole dish, layer the tater tots followed by the cooked sausage.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
