  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Coat the chicken thighs in the tahini marinade, cover, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired, alongside grains or a salad.

Notes

Let it marinate longer for better flavor. Try using chicken breasts but be careful with baking time to avoid dryness.
