- 1 box box cake mix (strawberry flavor)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped (optional) Fresh strawberries can enhance flavor.
- to taste powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in the dark and white chocolate chips and any chopped strawberries you want to add.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
These cookies stay fresh for about 3-4 days at room temperature in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months. Microwave for a few seconds to enjoy them warm.
