  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil For sautéing.

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.

Cooking

  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey (or sugar); pour it over the chicken and stir to coat.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve hot and consider garnishing with sesame seeds for added texture. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
