  • 1 can Black beans Drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Fire-roasted corn
  • 1 cup Bell pepper Chopped
  • to taste Salt

  • 2 tbsp Lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor

  • Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, then let it cool and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Notes
