Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Honey Sweet component of the sauce.
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Add saltiness and depth of flavor.
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh minced garlic for a robust flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil For searing the pork (optional).

For the Pork

  • 4 pieces Pork chops Bone-in or boneless.
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions Chopped for garnish (optional).

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a slow cooker, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the pork chops to the slow cooker, making sure they are well-coated in the sauce.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is falling-apart tender.

Serving

  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or a refreshing salad.
  • Garnish with green onions if desired.

Notes
