Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, salt, dried herbs, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the olive oil. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. If using, fold in the shredded cheese.
  • Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula for an even finish.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
