  • 6 pieces eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your favorite cheese.

  • 1 cup bread cubes Can substitute with mixed vegetables.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, and drain off any excess fat.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Assembly

  • In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked sausage, followed by any optional bread or vegetables.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top for that extra gooey goodness.

Cooking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
