Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Pour ranch dressing over the chicken, reduce heat to low, and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat in a skillet over medium-low heat. Chicken thighs can be used for a juicier option. Add garlic or onion powder for extra flavor, or sprinkle red pepper flakes for heat.
