Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 pound Chicken breast, pork chops, or firm tofu Choose any one protein of your choice.

Veggies

  • 2 cups Bell peppers, zucchinis, and broccoli Solid picks for a nutritious side.

Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Can also add garlic powder or any spice blend you love.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Optional Add-ons

  • 1 cup Cheese For extra flavor.
  • Marinades or sauces Can be added for extra zing!

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer if necessary.
  • In a bowl, toss your protein and veggies with olive oil and the seasonings of your choice.
  • Arrange them in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.

Cooking

  • Cook at around 375°F (190°C) for about 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check for doneness; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Serve hot straight from the air fryer! Pair with a side salad or rice for a complete meal.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the basket: Give your food room to breathe; you want it crispy, not sad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
