Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half to create top and bottom halves.
  • On the bottom half of the rolls, layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce, green bell pepper, and onion.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

To optimize your slider experience, lightly toast the rolls before layering to add crunch and prevent sogginess. Serve warm with a salad for added texture.
