Ingredients
  

Wings and Marinade

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl, tossing to coat them in the marinade.
  • Arrange the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and caramelized, turning them halfway through cooking.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
