Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by toasting the slices of bread to your desired crispiness.
  • While the bread toasts, cook your eggs according to your liking.
  • In a bowl, mash your ripe avocado with a fork and add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Assembly

  • Spread the mashed avocado generously on the toasted bread.

Notes
