Batter Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk Can be replaced with almond milk for a vegan option.
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted For a vegan option, use coconut oil.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, raspberries, 1/2 cup of sugar, and cinnamon; set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spoon the fruit mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes
