Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken pieces.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.
