  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Don’t skip for flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  • Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. It’s also a good idea to ensure the skin is dry before seasoning for maximum crispiness.
