  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage Smoky flavor preferred
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard Can substitute with Dijon for a different flavor
  • 2 tbsp honey Adds sweetness to the glaze
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika For an extra smoky flavor
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Optional, for presentation

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Slice the kielbasa crosswise, but don’t cut all the way through, to create pockets.
  • In a bowl, mix together the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  • Brush the mustard mixture generously over each kielbasa bite.

Cooking

  • Arrange the kielbasa bites in your baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until they’re golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a leaner option, use turkey kielbasa. These bites can be prepped ahead of time and also freeze well for up to a month. Don't skip the paprika as it adds depth to the flavor.
