Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  • In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in the creamy mixture and place them in the baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
