For the Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 1 to taste Pepper
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the herb marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a large sealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
