  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows and nuts if using.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  • Allow fudge to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store the fudge in the fridge for about a week or freeze for up to three months. Experiment with different types of chocolate or toppings for variations.
