Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray For greasing the air fryer basket

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  • Coat the chicken breasts with the glaze, reserving some for later.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken in the basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Brush the reserved glaze on the chicken during the last couple of minutes of cooking.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
