Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dill Chopped
  • 3 stalks Fresh green onions Sliced
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble on top

Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

  • Finely chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
  • Add chopped dill and sliced green onions to the bowl.
  • Crumble the feta cheese on top of the salad.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately.
