Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  • Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  • Add the green beans to the skillet, tossing them with the remaining butter and garlic.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the green beans are tender.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
