Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 1/4 cup lime juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1/4 cup orange juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

For the chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste Fresh cilantro for garnish

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

For even bolder flavors, let the chicken marinate overnight. Freshly squeezed juices enhance the taste, and using a meat thermometer ensures perfect cooking. Leftovers can last in the fridge for up to 4 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
