  • 1 pound Chicken breasts Cut into strips
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Can be seasoned
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Flour For dredging
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For flavor and color
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  • Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
