High Protein Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 cup lean ground turkey or chicken (cooked and seasoned)
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup turkey pepperoni slices
  • cup marinara sauce (no sugar added)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano

For the wraps

  • 6 pieces high-protein tortillas or wraps
  • 1 spray Olive oil spray or egg wash For crisping

Optional ingredients

  • to taste Chili flakes For added spice
  • to taste Fresh basil For garnish
  • to taste Cottage cheese or ricotta For extra creaminess

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a skillet, brown the ground turkey or chicken with garlic powder and oregano. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked meat, mozzarella, pepperoni, and marinara sauce.

Assembly

  • Lay out your tortillas, spoon the filling into the center of each, fold sides in, and roll tightly like burritos.
  • Brush your rolls with olive oil or egg wash to give them that golden crunch.

Cooking

  • Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Serving

  • Let them cool for just a minute before indulging. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or some fresh herbs.

Notes

These rolls will stay fresh for about 3-4 days in the fridge, or you can toss them in the freezer for up to a month. To reheat, pop them in the oven for a few minutes to regain that crispy exterior. Make-ahead meals just got a major upgrade!
