  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar Add more for sweetness if desired.

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond milk Can substitute with regular milk.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the almond milk and vanilla extract, and stir until a dough forms.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Cooking

  • Shape the dough into bite-sized pieces and place them in the air fryer basket.
  • Spray the bites lightly with cooking spray.
  • Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These churro bites last 3-4 days in the fridge in an airtight container. Freeze for up to a month; reheat to restore crunch.
