Ingredients
  

For the sliders

  • 1 package Savory Butter Hawaiian Rolls (12 count)
  • 12 slices black forest ham
  • 6 slices Havarti cheese

For the buttery topping

  • 4 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard can substitute with yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder optional
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds optional but recommended

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice the entire block of rolls in half without separating the rolls. Remove the top half and set aside. Place the bottom half in a greased 9x12 baking pan.
  • Layer a slice of ham and half a slice of cheese on each roll.

Prepare Buttery Topping

  • In a microwavable bowl, heat the butter for about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds.

Assembly and Baking

  • Brush the top layer of rolls with the buttery mixture.
  • Loosely cover with foil and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.

Notes

These sliders can be served with crunchy potato chips or a light salad. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for a month. Reheat at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
