Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs For the crust base
  • 4 tbsp Melted butter To mix with the graham cracker crumbs

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese Room temperature for easier mixing
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • Green food coloring Add until desired color is achieved

For Decoration

  • Red candy hearts For topping the cheesecakes before serving

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gradually add heavy whipping cream and food coloring, mixing until the desired green color is reached.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes; let cool then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Once set, top with red candy hearts for decoration before serving.

Notes

For best results, let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before mixing. Refrigerating helps the cheesecakes set properly and enhances flavor. Want to add a twist? Try mixing in crushed peppermint candy for a festive flavor.
