  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs For crust
  • 4 tbsp Melted butter To mix with graham cracker crumbs

Filling Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream cheese Room temperature
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • a few drops Green food coloring To achieve desired color

Decoration Ingredients

  • as needed Red candy hearts For decoration

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gradually add heavy whipping cream and food coloring, mixing until the desired green color is reached.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 15 minutes; let cool then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serving

  • Once set, top with red candy hearts for decoration before serving.

Notes

For best results, let cream cheese reach room temperature before mixing, and refrigerate the cheesecakes to allow proper setting. You can also try mixing in crushed peppermint candy for a twist.
