Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, grilled and sliced Season with salt and pepper before grilling.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation
