  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce Experiment with different barbecue flavors.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg Helps bind the meatballs together.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.

Cooking

  • In a slow cooker, mix grape jelly and barbecue sauce until blended.
  • Add the meatballs to the slow cooker and stir to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the meatballs are cooked through.

Serving

Notes

These meatballs keep well in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. They can also be frozen for 2–3 months. To reheat, thaw in the fridge and reheat gently.
