Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup flaxseeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional for flavor) Can add to the mixture for extra flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and salt.
  • If using dried herbs, toss those in now for an extra flavor kick.
  • Pour in the water and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Let the mixture rest for about 15 minutes until it thickens up a bit.
  • Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet evenly with a spatula.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until it’s golden and crisp, flipping halfway through for perfect crunchiness.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before breaking into pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
