Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Ensure it's specifically gluten-free.
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Can be substituted with a plant-based oil for vegan version.
  • 3/4 cup Water Add more if the dough is too dry.

Preparation

  • Combine all your ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is combined without overmixing.
  • Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Roll the dough out to about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Heat a skillet until hot.
  • Cook the flatbreads in the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them, turning once they are golden brown.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to a month. To reheat, toss them back in a dry skillet for a couple of minutes until warm.
