  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Filling and Glaze Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar (for glaze)
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the melted butter and milk, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  • In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle this mixture over your dough.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into neat rolls.
  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • For the glaze, whisk icing sugar with milk until smooth, then drizzle over the warm rolls.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for the best taste.
