  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until the mixture is fluffy.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing well to combine.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

If you want thicker cookies, let the dough chill for about 30 minutes before baking. Pair with a cold glass of milk or hot coffee for a perfect treat.
