  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
  • to taste cooking oil for frying (such as avocado or vegetable oil)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a shallow bowl, combine gluten free flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  • Place gluten free breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • Dip each chicken tender first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Place cooked tenders on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serving

  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Always make sure your oil is hot before adding the chicken for that perfect golden crunch. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or frozen for up to 3 months.
