  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 pieces eggs, beaten

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
