Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and paprika until well-coated.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.

Serving

  • Transfer the wings to a serving platter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, leave the wings on a wire rack while they bake. Try using different seasonings if you want to mix it up. Use store-bought garlic butter for a quick alternative. Don’t skip on the fresh parsley for garnish; it adds a pop of color and freshness!
