Preparation and Cooking

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until golden brown on each side, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute, letting the garlic become fragrant.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the chicken simmer in the garlic butter for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve the chicken over rice or alongside your favorite veggies, and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a crispy finish, broil the chicken for a couple of minutes after cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for about 3 months.
