  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for the best taste.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Can substitute with mixed dried herbs.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in the garlic and Parmesan mixture until well covered.
  • Place the coated chicken in a baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite side dish.

Notes

For best results, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for longer storage. You can prepare the chicken the night before for added flavor.
