  • Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  • Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
  • Pour the soy sauce and optional oyster sauce over the noodles and toss to combine.
  • Stir in the sliced green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
