Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour blend
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed Make sure the butter is cold for flaky biscuits.
  • 3/4 cup milk (or your favorite dairy-free alternative) Can swap regular milk for almond or oat milk.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the gluten free flour blend, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  • Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in the milk until a dough forms. It should be a bit sticky but not too wet.
