  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, toss together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until it’s a smooth and creamy mixture.
  • Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the delightful mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

This dip keeps well in the fridge for about 3–4 days. If you want to make it ahead, store it in an airtight container. You can freeze it for up to 2 months. To reheat, just pop it back in the oven until it’s warm and bubbly again. Optionally add red pepper flakes for a kick or fresh herbs for flavor.
