  • 1 cup peanut butter Smooth peanut butter works best.
  • 1/2 cup butter Softened slightly for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter, mixing until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For added flavor, dust with flaky sea salt or drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week, or frozen for up to three months.
