  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Use good quality cheese for best results.
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder

Preparation

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, combine the milk, cream cheese, and mustard powder over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  • Mix in the cooked macaroni until well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For serving, sprinkle with parsley or breadcrumbs for added texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
